What is the specific working principle of an automatic egg-collecting machine?

The automatic egg-collecting machine achieves efficient sorting through the coordinated operation of a roller mechanism, robotic arms, and sensors.

The automatic egg-collecting machine achieves efficient sorting through the coordinated operation of a roller mechanism, robotic arms, and sensors. Its core process is as follows:

Drum screening

Eggs enter the drum through an input chute, where gripping devices on the inner wall secure the eggs. As the drum rotates, size filters separate eggs that are too small or deformed, while gravity-based sorting equipment removes eggs that fail to meet quality standards.

Robotic arm gripping

Qualified eggs are picked up by a robotic arm and steadily conveyed to the exit via a lifting chain and an egg-claw assembly equipped with non-slip side guards. The suction-cup-based robotic hand employs path planning with a success rate of 98.3%, and a single operation can be completed in as little as 2.4 seconds.

Security and Customization

Equipped with a U-shaped steel power-off protection device, the egg-breakage rate decreases as the number of egg-collection operations increases. Customizable for 3- to 5-tier cage systems, suitable for farms of various sizes.

How do you determine the quality of a chicken coop?

The zinc coating thickness of hot-dip galvanized chicken cages ranges from 60 to 80 μm. This alloy coating is formed through a high-temperature melting process, offering excellent corrosion resistance and a service life of over 20 years. In contrast, cold-galvanized coatings are only 5 to 15 μm thick and rely on an electroplating reaction; they are prone to damage and have a shorter protection period (typically 3 to 5 years).

The difference between hot-dip galvanized and cold-galvanized chicken cages

Hot-dip galvanized and cold-galvanized chicken cages differ significantly in terms of coating thickness, durability, surface quality, and cost. Hot-dip galvanized chicken cages are more suitable for long-term outdoor farming.
