The entire equipment structure is divided into three main sections: The lower base section houses the hydraulic station, vortex air pump, hydraulic cylinder, heating system, and stirring shaft, among other components. The middle section comprises a double-layer insulated tank body, an automated control system, and an extraction device. The inner wall of the tank is made of 304 stainless steel, which effectively extends the tank’s service life and reduces residual composting materials. The space between the inner and outer walls is filled with a polyurethane foam insulation layer, while the outer wall is supported by thickened steel plates. The upper section consists of a canopy, a inspection platform, and ventilation facilities. Auxiliary equipment includes an automatic dump hoist, an exhaust gas filtration and deodorization system, and a heat exchange system.
Operating Principle of the Equipment
It’s a continuous system in which waste can be fed in daily, and organic fertilizer is produced every single day. A bucket elevator lifts the organic waste and automatically feeds it into the tank. Inside the tank, the organic waste is thoroughly mixed by stirring blades. A specialized heat exchanger uses the heat from exhaust gases to preheat fresh air, which is then introduced into the tank. The heated air is blown out through holes in the blades. This moist, warm air accelerates the aerobic fermentation of the organic waste and promotes the evaporation of moisture. On average, after seven days, the organic waste is transformed into high-quality organic fertilizer.

We have equipped the discharge port of the feeding machine with a feed distribution system, which, combined with the V-shaped bottom feed trough, ensures that there are no dead spots in the feeding area, thereby reducing feed wastage.
